WorldCoins is both a comprehensive coin organizer and inventory software program for everyone who wants to have a complete and detailed inventory of a collection of coins as well as keep up to date this collection with ease and no effort.
Over 35 information fields per coin including coin specifications, purchase & sales information, condition, inventory codes, notes and more
Up to four images can be attached for each coin: obverse, reverse, detail 1 and detail 2. Click on any of these, and you will see the image enlarged
Password-protect all your stored information against unexpected hands
Valuation, purchase and sales information are always displayed so you will always know the value, costs and profits of your entire collection, group of coins or a particular one
Database of more than 9000 coins from Australia, Canada, Great Britain, Mauritius, Netherlands, Spain and United States and its information
Backup or export your data to text format for additional security
Import your existing data or other collectors? data from a text file
Ability to search a coin or group of coins meeting selected criteria out of eighteen different fields of information
You can sort alphabetically all your coins exactly by any field or parameter
Flexible and powerful inventory report generation in html format that can be run for entire collection, or for specific group of coins or a single coin. Reports povide plenty of information including cost, value, and profit amounts
Contacts database to manage your Buyer and Seller information
Unlimited number of coins can be added to the existing ones
All coins can be tracked as current inventory, only repeated coins (to sell or exchange) or not owned coins (not yet in the collection, sold, lost). Can be easily moved from one type to another
To speed up the addition of more coins, use the duplicate function in a selected coin. Coins can individually modifiable later
