Does not depend on support libraries. Makes calls to Windows API functions only. Can also use with Delphi, Visual C++, C#, VC.NET, PowerBASIC, Visual Basic, VB.NET, Visual dBase, Visual FoxPro, and COBOL. Can be used with managed code.
