MLSwbp description
De MLSwbp software is een door steeds meer overheidsinstellingen en bedrijven gebruikte software om te voldoen aan de richtlijnen van de Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens.
Middels de software wordt u in staat gesteld de meest belangrijke documenten i.v.m. de WBP samen te stellen, zoals de verplichte melding zelf, of een bewerkersovereenkomst en verschillende Juridische documenten om aansprakelijkheid te voorkomen.
Ook voor de FG is de software interessant, daar het vaak gaat het om zeer veel verwerkingen gaat, waardoor het overzicht snel zoek is. De MLS software presenteert de verwerkingen in een oogopslag.
Naast de software van MLS wordt ook een Wbp zoekmachine geïnstalleerd. De zoekmachine is speciaal gericht op de Wbp en helpt u op eenvoudige wijze onderwerpen te selecteren die betrekking hebben op o.a. de Wbp, het vrijstellingsbesluit, handboeken, gemeentelijke nota’s en AV studies.
Het softwarepakket bevat, naast de genoemde standaarddocumenten, de mogelijkheid om sjablonen te creeren, welke voldoen aan de specifieke wensen van uw organisatie of bedrijf.
